- Please keep the original wrapping and avoid removing any labels or bands unless the issue was present upon delivery.
- Kindly note that our books are preloved by nature, which is part of our brand identity and mission.
3. Returns Due to Damage or Defect
If you receive a book that is damaged or not as described (e.g., missing pages, torn cover, or an unmentioned defect):
- Contact us at info@prelovedbooksjo.com within 24 hours of receiving your order.
- Please include clear photos showing the issue.
- Once reviewed and approved, we will guide you through the return process (we may send a courier or request you to return the item depending on your location).
4. Returns for Non-Defective Reasons
You may return a book even if it is not defective, provided it is in the same condition as received:
- You may be responsible for return shipping costs, depending on prior agreement.
- Once we receive and inspect the item, we will proceed with the refund.
5. Refunds
- Refunds will be issued through the same payment method used in the original order (credit card, bank transfer, etc.).
- Refund processing may take 3–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned book.
